ABOUT ME
I am Joana Maria Mas Morey, and I am dedicated to helping my patients with traditional and Complementary Chinese Medicine techniques, Col. No. 07675 of the Society of Acupuncturists of Catalonia.
In addition to my studies in Chinese Medicine at different institutes and universities around the world: ESMTC of Barcelona, Universities of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Beijing and Yunnan, and University of Medical Sciences of Holguín (Cuba), I have completed a double degree in teaching early childhood and primary education.
This knowledge, and having started my career in Dietetics and Nutrition, allows me to comprehensively address ailments in both adults and babies and children, and help them regain their health.
I am characterized by an innate curiosity that is reflected in my constant desire to learn and improve.
These are the pillars of my life, both as a person and in the exercise of my profession. I am always exploring new areas, new perspectives, with the aim of enriching myself and contributing the best I have to those around me.
With that spirit of search and perfection I develop my work as an acupuncturist. My work helps the patient to enjoy her life and live without limitations.
My goal is to treat the root ailments and limitations and go to the source of the problem so that they do not reappear or cause discomfort.
Acupuncture and other Chinese Medicine techniques, such as moxibustion or cupping, become effective and natural solutions to achieve this, without the need to resort to medications or invasive interventions.
